Paulo founded vollautomatisiert.at in Vienna in 2026 as a full-stack technology partner for small and mid-sized businesses. The premise: most SME problems are technology problems, not AI problems — and AI-assisted engineering finally makes custom software viable for them.
He leads delivery end to end. Diagnosis, system design, AI-assisted implementation, and integration — combining the consultant role (awareness, audit, education) with the builder role (engineering, delivery, measurable results).
The work is opinionated about reliability: clean inputs, clear ownership, logging, fallbacks, and human approvals where risk matters. Every engagement ships with a baseline metric and a verified delta.
